Our agents prepare in-home listing presentations all the time. We walk through your home to discuss the positives and negatives. We will make suggestions as to what will make your home more marketable and “camera ready”. Don’t list your home with an agent who will not do this for you! With the growth in homebuyer usage of the web, you MUST have an agent that can extensively market your home online! We currently place our listings on almost a dozen sites, all with multiple photos.

During our presentation we will also give you our opinion of what your home is worth, or a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your home. We’ll compare your home to others in the area that have recently sold as well as those currently for sale. This is key to determining the fair market value of your home and crucial to putting your home on the market with a reasonable assessment of your home’s value.
